We encourage you to order your unique gift basket online 24 hours a day. Orders placed before 11:00am eastern standard time can, in most cases, be delivered or shipped the same day. We offer FREE shipping gift baskets.

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Please note you can pay with Paypal using debit card or credit card. We do not ship COD. All credit card transactions are encryped using 128-bit secure online payment processing. For other payment arrangements please call us directly 203-908-3530.
Sales tax of 6.35% will be added to all orders shipped to a Connecticut address.
Should you need to change or cancel an order please notify us immediately. We will make every effort to accomodate any changes however, once an order is shipped you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
RETURNS / REFUNDS:
All damage claims, discrepancies and late delivery claims must be made within 3 business days of the gift being received. If a gift basket arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy Gone Friendly Gifts will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner and to your satisfaction. Refunds and/or credits can only be given upon verified return of merchandise in original unopened condition or damaged items. Return must be within 14 days of receipt of item. Customer will be refunded cost + shipping for damaged items.
If for any reason the recipient or purchaser is unhappy with a gift they may certainly return it.
- If the gift is simply not wanted, or the customer is not satisfied they may ship it back to us at their own expense and receive a partial and in some cases a full refund. The refund is based on the gifts perishability and condition upon being returned. The gift must be unopened and untampered with.
- If the gift is damaged or we have made an error: We will call tag the original gift and either ship a new one or refund the gift in full. However, if we can not call tag the gift no refund or credit will be offered. Retrieving the gift is the only way we have of verifying the damages and placing a claim with UPS.
In the event a carrier returns a gift due to being refused, a bad address being supplied or non availability of a recipient all shipping charges assessed by the carrier will be paid by you and you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges usually consist of shipping to the recipient, shipping back to Gone Friendly Gifts and any address correction fees.
There will be a $12.50 address correction fee for all ground orders and $15.00 address correction fee for air orders to correct a bad address, incorrect zip codes and non-deliverable address information supplied.
We will send you an email once UPS and/or Fed Ex notify us that there is an issue with the address supplied.
If a package is returned to us by UPS due to a bad address, non-deliverable address or recipient refusal there is a charge of $10.00 in addition to the address correction fee to cover return shipping and all of the UPS charges us due to this error.

In our ongoing effort to satisfy our customers we have responded to your requests for wine country gifts. We have partnered with a fulfillment company to create high quality wine and country gift baskets. All wine and country gift baskets are processed out of state and shipped directly to your recipient.
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING THE SHIPMENT OF WINE GIFT BASKETS:
Due to interstate restrictions on the shipment of wine, products listed in this section can be shipped to the following states ONLY:
CA, CO, FL, IL, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OR TX, VA, WA, WV, WY, and DC.
*Please note that the purchaser and recipient of our wine and country baskets, champagne gift basket, beer gift basket and wine gift baskets must be at least 21 years old.

Most orders received by 11:00am eastern standard time will be shipped the same day except for personalized gifts and gifts being shipped outside the continental US and shipped vis USPS. Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
Most purchases will be shipped via UPS ground or FedEx 3 day select. 2nd day air and next day air services are also available for an additional charge. Some of our items are shipped via USPS.

APO, FPO & PO BOX SHIPPING
We sell a wide selection of military gift and Iraq packages and do offer shipping to all APO, FPO and PO Boxes. However, all these shipments take one to two additional days to ship out. In addition there are no loss claims, late delivery refunds or damage claims honored under any circumstances. You ship these orders at your own risk. When shipping to any and all Military bases the proper zip and address format are:

SHIPPING TO CANADA
We offer selected products for shipping to Canada via UPS. Shipments take one extra day to ship out. However, there will be no claims offered or honored on these shipments. These are shipped at your own risk. No loss claims, late delivery refunds or damage claims honored under any circumstances. You ship these orders at your own risk.
* Hand delivery is available for some products in Fairfield and New Haven County, Connecticut for a charge of $10.00 - $20.00 per location. Some of the towns we diliver to in Fairfield County are: Orange, Milford, Shelton, Stratford, Trumbull, Monroe, Bridgeport, fairfield, Norwalk, Southport, Wesport, Darien, new Canaan, Stamford, Greenwich. We offer FREE shipping custom gift baskets to Stratford. We also hand deliver to the following towns in New haven County: West Haven, New Haven, East haven, North Haven, Hamden, Wallingford. How To Ship Multiple Gifts:
If you wish to ship to multiple addresses you must purchase items separately if using our online ordering system or you may call us directly 203-908-3530 with your billing information and email your order and address information to info@GoneFriendlyGifts.com.
We respect your privacy and will NEVER share your information with a third party. Gone Friendly Gifts handles all customer information with strict confidentiality and will NEVER distrubute your information to any outside source.
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or email address. We collect the email address of those who communicate with us via email, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

WARNING: While all manufacturers strive to ensure that only the actual ingredients listed on the label is included within the packaging, it is impossible to ensure exactly that. If a company processes more than one product on their equipment, those items include milk products, nuts, grains and fruit. There is no gaurantee that traces of these products will not be found within the contents of this factory sealed item or within our gifts. If your recipient is highly allergic to these types of items, we strongly suggest that you purchase a non-food gift.
